By placing an order on LayersCraft, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence to authorize purchase agreements and transaction routing.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all checkouts. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect shipping addresses.

Prices for our pre-made designs are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. We make every effort to display product colors accurately, but cannot guarantee your monitor display represents them perfectly.

Shipping timelines are estimates and are handled by third-party national courier networks. While we pack with care to prevent from transit scuffs, we are not liable for delayed deliveries caused by courier transit events.

We offer a hassle-free 7-day exchange or return policy for eligible products from the date of package delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping and processing details are routed through our Contact Desk.

All brand graphics, product names, logos, website layout designs, and product textures are the exclusive property of LayersCraft. You agree not to copy, reproduce, resell, or exploit any portion of our store products without written authorization.

These terms of service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local jurisdiction laws of New Delhi, India.
