Shipping Policy

All pre-made design orders are processed, securely packaged, and dispatched from our warehouse in Govindpuri within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will be shipped on the following business day.

LayersCraft provides nationwide shipping across India. We deliver to all major pin codes serviced by our courier network. Remote or non-serviceable addresses will be contacted for alternative shipping options.

Our standard logistics delivery times depend on shipping regions: Metro locations (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.) take 3-5 business days. Non-metro locations and tier-2/3 cities take 5-7 business days.

We provide free standard shipping for all orders valued above ₹999. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping charge of ₹80 is applied automatically at the checkout screen.

Once your package is handed over to the courier partner, we generate a dispatch alert sent via email and SMS containing active tracking credentials. You can check package progress on our Order Tracking portal.

We double-pack all accessories to prevent transit scuffs. If your box arrives visibly crushed or items inside are damaged, file a report within 48 hours of delivery at support@layerscraft.in with clear photos of the packaging.
