Returns & Refunds

We offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy for our products. You can initiate a return or exchange request within 7 calendar days from the date of package delivery. Requests placed after this window are not eligible.

To qualify for a refund or product exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging box with all labels intact. Damaged, scratched, or altered items will fail validation checks.

To start a return, email us at support@layerscraft.in with your Order ID and photo evidence of the item. Once approved, we will arrange a doorstep package pickup within 48-72 operating hours.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item at our hub, refunds are approved within 2-3 business days. Approved credits are routed back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, NetBanking) within 5-7 working days.

Certain items are exempt from returns. This includes products purchased during clearance events, end-of-season sales, or custom gift vouchers. Defective or shipping-damaged products are fully covered for replacement only if an unboxing video is recorded while opening the package.

You can cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched from our shipping warehouse. Once your package has been handed over to the courier partner (tracking link generated), the order cannot be canceled and must be processed as a standard return.
